2. Permitted Use (The “Dos”)

• For Personal Use: “You may use these designs for unlimited personal projects, such as home decor, gifts, or personal social media posts.”

• For Small Business/Commercial: “You may use these designs to create physical end-products for sale (e.g., shirts, mugs, stickers) up to 500 units. For production beyond this limit, please contact us for an Extended Commercial License.”

3. Prohibited Use (The “Don’ts”)

“You strictly may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute the digital files in their original or modified format.

• Upload these designs to ‘Print-on-Demand’ sites (such as Printify, Printful, Redbubble, Zazzle, Society6, etc.)

• Claim the designs as your own work.

• Use the designs to create new digital designs, ‘clipart’ or design resources for sale.”

4. Refund Policy

“Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. However, if you experience any technical issues with your files, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.”

5. Limitation of Liability

“Bizpresso AI is not responsible for any printing errors or end-product quality issues. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure software compatibility and to perform a test print before mass production.”
